Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase.
To request a return, email support@herglams.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs—we do not provide return labels. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, personal care goods, custom products, perishable items, and hazardous materials.
Damages: Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exchanges: Return your item and place a new order once accepted.
Refunds: Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank. If it’s been more than 15 business days, contact us.
EU customers: You have 14 days to cancel or return for any reason, per EU law.
